Sustainability from our own garden!

With every step we take in nature, we encounter new plants that are highly useful and beneficial to us. At Hotel & Gasthof Wieseneck, fruit, vegetables and various herbs are brought directly from the garden into the kitchen.

The so-called vegetable factory contains carrots, kohlrabi, tomatoes, cucumbers and much more for a healthy and balanced diet. Our guests can pick strawberries, raspberries, huckleberries, apples and much more from our home-grown fruit factory.
