The price includes electricity and underground parking!
For the final cleaning we charge once per apartment:
Winter: Type A € 50,- / Type B € 45,- / Type C € 55,-
Summer: Type A € 35,- / Type B € 35,- / Type C € 45,-
If you wish, you can also book a BREAKFAST or HALF BOARD at the hotel!

Local tax winter
This is charged at € 2.00 per person per night. (Local tax is compulsory from the age of 15).
For children under 15 years as 3rd and 4th person in a shared room we do NOT charge local tax.

20.06. – 10.09. € 2,00 per person and night
11.09. – 30.11. € 1,20 per person and night

Pets:
For a dog we charge Euro 15,- per day.
Pets are not allowed during the winter months!
Cancellation & arrival/departure:
The general regulations of the Austrian Hotel Regulations (ÖHVB) apply!
On the day of arrival the rooms are available from 14.00 hrs, on the day of departure until 10.00 hrs!
In case of early departure, the full room rate (minus meals) will be charged!
The hotel bill can be paid in cash or with EC/Bankomat card!
Reservation:
After written reservation we ask the guests to pay a deposit of € 200,- per room.
Upon receipt of the deposit, the reservation is considered binding!
We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance – which can be booked on all booking confirmations (Europäische Reiseversicherung).
